My personal favourite is the 0.62ct loose diamond. Cut is excellent, colour and clarity is excellent and can give me a good bang for my buck.

The reason I listed out diamonds from different carat range is to cater for different budget. I won't say that there is a fix rule for how much one should spend on a diamond. Some people prefer to spend a lot for the ring, while others may prefer to save the extra money for a better honeymoon, or any other purpose. In fact, one guy from SK jewelry mentioned that there is an ideal carat size for the finger. If not mistaken, for Asian woman the ideal size should be around 0.56ct. However, do take this with a pinch of salt.
