Guide for MoneyMatch Wire Transfer

Here are some guidance to wire transfer via MoneyMatch:

Ok, let's go to MoneyMatch website: https://transfer.moneymatch.co/

Alright, if you do not have an account yet, please register one. For simplicity's sake, these days I just use "Connect with Facebook". Of course, you can still opt for the more traditional way whereby you register your email.

You can type in the amount and the currency you wish to transfer, as well as out check out the exchange rates for the currency involved that day. Once done, click "Send Money".

Now, you have entered the 5 steps of sending money. This is the step 1, whereby you can change or continue with the amount required to be sent. Once ready, click "Continue".

Of course, for first-timers, you won't have any recipient, therefore, in step 2, you will need to click on "Add a recipient".

Basically, you can get the necessary details for the transfer from the vendor. In this case, I used WhiteFlash as example.

After you click on "Add a recipient", you will see the below. Select the account type as "Business" account. Then, fill up the fields as per the instructions provided by the vendor. In this example, I am using WhiteFlash's instructions. Other vendors will be similar, one way or another.

The account type will be "Checking". Just use the ABA Routing Number as ACH Routing Number below. The most tricky part is the "Company Registration No.". Nothing is provided by the vendor and they themselves won't even know what is that and why it is needed. For this, we can always request the vendor's EIN/TIN. To simplify things for those who buy from the companies I am affiliated with, here are the respective EIN/TIN for each different company:

WhiteFlash - 76-0636227
Brian Gavin Diamonds (company name is Alpha Creations Inc) - 76-0409295
High Performance Diamonds47-2619171

Then, fill up the "Business Address". The "Postal Code" can also be found in the instructions provided by the vendor. Just ignore the dash as we cannot key in dash for the text box. Once done, click "Save".

Then, you will be required to verify the bank account. Just key in the "Verification Code" received via SMS and click "Verify".

Done. You can now transfer the required amount by starting from step 1 again, but this time, you can proceed until the end.

You will be able to see the recipient that you have just created in step 2.

Please note that the transfer speed will be dependent on both sender's and receipient's country respectively. When there is a holiday that may affect you, a friendly reminder will pop-up, such as the one below.

In step 3, you will need to "Add a bank account", if you are new or wanted to use a different Malaysia bank account.

Key in the necessary bank details, which should be fairly easy.

Remember that you can get RM 30 off your first transaction if you key in my referral code REF_ACOO!

Basically, this guidance will be able to help you to make the necessary transfer. Let me know if you have any difficulties by messaging me via my Facebook page.
